Bilingual Recruiter; Spanish

Position: Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish)
We are hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing organization.

This role will serve as a key Spanish-speaking resource for candidates and employees while helping drive recruiting efforts for a variety of positions!

Responsibilities:

+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions

+ Review resumes and screen candidates

+ Conduct phone interviews in English and Spanish

+ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

+ Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and staffing plans

+ Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation

+ Assist candidates through background checks and pre-employment requirements

+ Support benefits-related discussions and employee questions

+ Translate and communicate employment-related information in Spanish as needed

+ Track candidate activity and maintain recruiting records

+ Build relationships with employees, candidates, and hiring managers

+ Support additional HR initiatives and projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

+ Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

+ Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of an organization

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting/HR systems

+ Ability to work onsite in the Madison, Wisconsin area

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
