This is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, building relationships, and keeping a busy operation organized. Staffing can move fast, and schedules can change quickly, so we need someone who can stay calm, communicate well, and follow through.

If you are the person people trust to “get it handled,” you will probably do well here.

  • Match qualified healthcare professionals to open shifts based on client needs and employee availability
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and accountability through consistent follow-up
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, and employee file compliance
  • Partner with internal leaders to improve staffing processes, client satisfaction, and service delivery
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to support after-hours staffing needs
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
  • Customer-service minded and people-focused
  • Friendly, professional, and responsive
  • Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Calm when schedules change or urgent needs come in
  • Strong with follow-up and follow-through
  • Comfortable supporting employees while also holding them accountable
  • Able to build trust with clients, field staff, and internal team members
  • Solutions-focused when things do not go according to plan
Compensation & Work Structure
  • Salary range: $20to $25 an hour based on experience
  • Candidates within a reasonable commuting distance of a branch location may be expected to work in-office
  • Remote work may be considered for candidates who live more than 100 miles from a branch location
  • Weekly on-call rotation required
  • On-call pay is provided as a daily rate
  • Estimated additional on-call compensation is approximately $225 per week
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, healthcare operations, leadership, recruiting, or a related role
  • Current driver’s license
  • Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Healthcare, staffing, home care, long-term care, call center, recruiting, or scheduling experience is a plus
