Job Description:

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Human Resources (HR) Consultant to join its Managed Services team and serve as a trusted advisor to clients across the full spectrum of human resources. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring broad HR expertise, strong business acumen, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate HR challenges into practical, effective solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional who enjoys variety, builds credibility quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment. This individual must be highly organized, responsive, comfortable managing multiple client priorities, and accustomed to the accountability associated with a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities Independently manage multiple client relationships and consulting engagements.

Lead projects involving compensation, compliance, succession planning, talent management, performance management, HR operations, and policy development.

Advise clients on sensitive employee relations and workplace matters.

Develop and present recommendations to executive and leadership teams.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, training, and other client sessions.

Develop HR policies, programs, processes, tools, and resources.

Manage projects, deadlines, deliverables, and changing client priorities.

Maintain exceptional responsiveness and follow-through with clients.
