Hybrid Schedule and Location Requirements

Candidates will be allowed to work a hybrid on‑site/remote schedule: 2 days per week on‑site in Madison, WI. Candidates must relocate, if not local, and be located in Madison, WI from day one.

Our direct client has an opening for an Oracle Database Administrator (position #90718). This is a 12+ month contract with the option of extension, located in Madison, WI.

• The successful candidate will be very technically competent, a consistently high producer, and very much a team player, and will have experience with Oracle databases supporting client/server applications.

This request is for an advanced Oracle Application Database Administrator (DBA). Best‑qualified candidates will have strong Oracle application, OEM, and Erwin experience using Oracle 12.x to 18.x environments.

• Database security administration, research, implementation, maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting of database architectures and data management software for various platforms.
• Work with application development staff on logical database design.
• Designing and implementing physical databases including multi‑agency OLTP and data warehouse.
• Collaborating on the design and installation of maintenance and upgrades to database software.
• Monitoring performance and making tuning recommendations.
• Estimating database growth for capacity planning, and problem determination and resolution.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience as an Oracle Application DBA.
