ServiceNow Analyst​/Developer

Overview

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Service Now Analyst/Developer for our client partner. The Service Now Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Service Now applications and solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves writing and maintaining scripts, creating workflows, and configuring Service Now modules such as ITSM, ITOM, IRM, Sec Ops, and SPM. The developer works closely with business analysts and other technical teams to ensure that the platform integrates smoothly with existing systems and processes.

Additionally, the Service Now Developer performs testing, debugging, and ensures the platform's functionality aligns with user needs and organizational goals. Preference is experience with Sec Ops.
