Data Warehouse Developer

Our client, a government agency based in Wisconsin, is seeking a Data Warehouse Developer to join their team. As a Data Warehouse Developer, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting data integration and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Warehouse Developer

Location: Madison, WI

Pay Range:

• Assist in ETL design, development, testing, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with IT technical teams and business users to gather requirements and implement effective data solutions.
• Optimize data warehouse performance through tuning and best practices.
• Develop and maintain metadata documentation for data warehouse initiatives.
• Support data analysis and management using SQL and relational database technologies.

• Moderate experience (4+ years) in data warehousing process design and development.
• Proficiency (4+ years) in performance tuning using Informatica or similar data warehousing tools.
• Knowledge of data warehouse architecture and data integration strategies.
• Experience (3+ years) with relational database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server.
• Strong skills (4+ years) in data management and analysis using SQL.
