BENEFITS & COMPENSATION FOR THE SENIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

• Compensation: $50 - 60 per hour
• Medical plans available after 3 months of full time employment

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SENIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

• Be responsible for the care, feeding, and backups of existing databases
• Support the business with creating new databases and queries
• Help drive the business forward and ensure redundancy in the event of an error to avoid business disruption
• Optimize the database for performance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THE SENIOR DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

• Extensive experience supporting large databases - SQL, No
  
  SQL, T-SQL
• Ussasge of Terraform or Cloud formation templates
• Care and maintenance of existing databases
• SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS
• Prior production support with databases hosted on major cloud providers - GCP, Azure, or AWS
