• Take ownership of day‑to‑day delivery and operational execution, actively managing sprint and delivery activities while partnering closely with Product Managers to ensure seamless product delivery
• Drive performance excellence through detailed delivery planning, release scheduling, and continuous process improvement across cross‑functional teams including Product Management, Product Development, and business stakeholders
• Design and implement standard Agile practices and delivery processes that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and team predictability while respecting product context and maturity
• Foster strong relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on delivery progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Champion consistent operational excellence by removing impediments, managing dependencies, and stepping in during critical delivery moments to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
• Lead post‑release reviews and retrospectives focused on meaningful, actionable improvements that raise the overall delivery bar across teams

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, or a related field
• 5+ years in Product Delivery or Agile delivery lead roles with experience in release/deployment coordination preferred
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology administration and management
• Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional product teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Operations, and external partners
• Proven ability to manage complex product delivery in enterprise environments with strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work directly with key stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge, focusing on collaboration and education
• Experience facilitating sprints end‑to‑end, from backlog readiness through sprint execution, review, and retrospective
