Seeking a Certified Project Manager III with 12+ years of experience leading enterprise projects across business intelligence
, data warehousing
, and software/application development
. This role requires strong leadership, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive multiple concurrent initiatives within a structured PMI?based methodology.

• Lead business intelligence
  , data warehousing
  , software/application development
  , and infrastructure projects using industry?standard project management methodologies (
  PMP
  , PMBOK
  ).
• Manage end?to?end project lifecycle including project chartering
  , scoping
  , planning
  , risk management
  , budget tracking
  , and status reporting
  .
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize tasks, resolve complex issues, and ensure alignment with business and technical objectives.
• Direct and coordinate project teams; develop and maintain project plans
  , schedules
  , deliverables
  , and project documentation
  .
• Develop standards for BI documentation
  , data quality metrics, and project artifacts.
• Conduct feasibility studies
  , cost/benefit analysis
  , and evaluation of alternative solutions.
• Support change management
  , requirements gathering
  , and stakeholder communication across departments.
• Ensure delivery of projects following SDLC
  , ITIL
  , and organizational governance guidelines.
• Provide accurate reporting on project health, risks, issues, dependencies, and scope management.
• Participate in special projects and evaluate emerging technologies for BI and enterprise systems.

• 12+ years managing large, complex projects using PMP or equivalent framework.
• Business intelligence / Data warehousing project leadership (5+ years).
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Expertise in SDLC

• Advanced experience with Excel

• User acceptance testing

  , and test planning (5+ years).
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizations and manage multi?team coordination.

• MS Project (3+ years).
• Experience with Kimball design principles.
• Familiarity with State of Wisconsin privacy regulations.
• Experience designing and using performance measures and reporting.
