Duration: 6+ month contract (extension possible)
Work Location: Madison, WI (100% onsite)
This position serves as the first point of contact providing frontline support for Office 365, Google Workspace, Windows/macOS applications, printers, and file shares. Responsibilities include daily troubleshooting, hardware setup, and assisting staff with media-related workflows.
Must Haves- Customer-facing IT support with strong listening and professional communication skills.
- Ability to explain basic technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Support for modern hardware (desktops/laptops) and OS (
Windows 10/11, macOS
). - Logical, practical troubleshooting and escalation of basic technical issues.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
- Experience using an IT ticketing system
. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
. - Basic Active Directory knowledge (e.g., password resets).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts.
