• Compensation: Up to $140,000 per year + 8% annual bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SENIOR UX DESIGNER

• Lead UI design for web and mobile applications from concept to developer hand-off
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries for brand consistency
• Create mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma demonstrating complex animations
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers on product direction and technical feasibility
• Mentor junior designers with guidance and constructive feedback
• Incorporate accessibility standards and user research insights into inclusive design decisions

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SENIOR UX DESIGNER

• 10+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital projects
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Strategic, detail-oriented designer with deep expertise in creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes
