This is expected to be a full‑time PM.

What will this person be doing every day?

Please see job description. This is an IT Program Manager position. The person needs to drive delivery of key initiatives supporting our business.

• Proven experience with Agile/Agile Methodologies and delivering projects leveraging this framework
• Extremely proficient with MS Office Apps – MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Very good financial skills: creating budgets, forecasts, cost‑benefit analyses, etc.
• Proven experience working with vendors
• Insurance experience required, P&C and reinsurance knowledge preferred

• Ideal candidates need to have proven experience leading business‑driven projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across Business, IT, and teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including Power Point

• Need to see a mix of IT and Business driven projects
• Proven experience with Agile
• Insurance industry experience required
• Resume should be well‑written with no typos, grammatical errors
• Resume no longer than 3 pages – 2 pages preferred

Round 1:
Candidates will first interview with hiring manager (~45 minutes)

Final Round:
Interview with IT and/or Business Stakeholders (~30-45 minutes)

All interviews will likely be virtual on Teams unless candidate is based in Madison or NY.
