Project Manager - Reinsurance

Overview

Program Manager – Reinsurance Migration (North America) needed for a 1 year project to be located in Madison, WI - 3 days a week hybrid onsite

Cross-regional coordination required (North America, London, India)

Company is migrating from its legacy reinsurance system (seeded side) to the global reinsurance platform:
Duck Creek Reinsurance.

Other regions (Europe, Australia, Bermuda) have already migrated;
North America is next.

The PM will drive the North America project to completion, ensuring alignment across multiple technical and business work streams.

• Global platforms
• Data migrations
• Technical services & infrastructure
• Business process & readiness
• Duck Creek reinsurance system lead
• Align and manage cross-team timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure correct resources are engaged for each piece of work.
• Help unify knowledge across the BAU North America team, which is newer and may have distributed subject Matter expertise.
• Facilitate communication across teams and escalate to leadership as needed.
• No direct responsibility for budget management.

• Technical & Professional
• Strong program/project management background (business + IT).
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.
• Experienced with Agile ways of working.
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA (highly beneficial).

• Insurance industry experience required.
• Reinsurance experience strongly preferred.

• Experience with Duck Creek Reinsurance is preferred but not required.
