Windows Omnissa Horizon​/vSphere Administrator

Beacon Technologies is seeking a Windows Administrator for our client partner. The individual will work closely with Information Technology professionals to ensure technical components are available for projects and working properly. They will work closely with the supervisor and project teams to successfully monitor the progress of initiatives, provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions, and define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution.

They will have the ability to direct a small team in completing tasks, improving on operational support or maintenance, and document processes as needed. Candidates must be Wisconsin residents or willing to relocate to WI within 30 days of the start date at their own expense. (90% remote and 10% onsite). Primarily remote, but candidate must be available to come onsite if needed.

• The technical lead will have experience analyzing new and current technologies used within an organization with the ability to document and recommend solutions to improve on performance, stability, and cost savings to the agency (7+ years).
• The qualified candidate will have experience leading a project team as a technical expert in system implementation (7+ years).
• Expert level system administration skills for Microsoft Windows servers (10+ years).
• The candidate must have high-level knowledge of Omnissa Horizon and vSphere (5+ years).

• Candidate MUST be physically located in the United States. International candidates/phone numbers will not be accepted.
• Candidate must follow ALL work rules.
• Candidate must be available to perform all work during the Central Standard Time (CST) business hours 9:00 am – 3 pm (or CST hours as defined by the hiring manager).
• Candidate will be required to provide their own equipment for this position.
