- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for Epic and Provide Enterprise (PE) end users.
- Assist with Epic and PE system implementations to ensure smooth adoption.
- Perform Epic build, customization, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Translate clinical and operational needs into effective system build solutions.
- Conduct unit and integrated testing for new builds, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Evaluate clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement workflow enhancements using Epic tools and configuration options.
- Develop training materials and provide training to end users.
- Support system integrity through data validation and quality checks.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational security standards.
- Generate system‑driven operational reports as part of application support.
Required:
- Epic Certification or documented Epic proficiency in one or more clinical or operational applications.
- Three to five years of hands‑on Epic experience with strong Epic Builder capability.
- Experience supporting Epic workflows, build, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of HL7 interfaces and general clinical system operations.
- Strong communication skills for working with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled at problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and support various teams as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience with Provide Enterprise (PE).
- Degree in Healthcare Informatics, HIM, IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a nonprofit or HIV‑focused healthcare environment.
- Service‑oriented approach focused on supporting patient care.
- Strong communication abilities for translating technical information into user‑friendly language.
- Flexible and adaptable with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Pay and BenefitsStarting at $60,000 / annually (depending on experience). Final salary determined by market data, internal equity, and candidate qualifications. Employment may qualify you for federal student loan forgiveness programs as an eligible 501(c)(3) organization.
