The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI's performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale.

** Role Overview*
* The Chief of Staff (CoS) is a senior strategic and operational partner to the Vice President of Data Center Facility Operations. Acting as a force multiplier, the CoS drives alignment, execution rigor, and clear decision-making across OCI's global data center delivery portfolio, directly influencing infrastructure reliability, security, and growth.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Manage executive priorities, staff agendas, and strategic initiative tracking.

+ Coordinate cross-functional programs and special projects, ensuring timely execution and clear accountability.

+ Prepare executive communications, reports, stakeholder updates, and risk/investment justifications.

+ Analyze business issues to surface actionable insights for OCI leadership decision-making.

+ Oversee the rhythm-of-business: executive meetings, operating reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting.

+ Identify and address systemic gaps to improve delivery predictability, cost control, and schedule adherence.

+ Partner with regional leaders, PMO, and finance to monitor portfolio health, execution risks, and capital deployment.

+ Facilitate annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and long-range capacity strategy.

+ Lead organizational effectiveness efforts, including workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, and special projects for governance and process enhancement.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

+ 8+ years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure programs, consulting, or strategic operations.

+ Proven record managing cross-functional initiatives and driving business outcomes in fast-paced environments.

+ Able to comply with applicable customer or client-facing requirements, such as immunizations or occupational health mandates (where required).
