Onbase Administrator, IT​/Tech

Our client, a government agency in Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated OnBase Administrator to join their team. As an OnBase Administrator, you will be part of the Information Technology department supporting the OCI IT team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and effective communication, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:
Madison, WI - Hybrid

Duration: 6+ months with highly possible extension

• Support and maintain the OnBase solution, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and enhance OnBase functionalities, including Work View applications, workflows, and document templates.
• Collaborate with business users to troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
• Design and implement low‑to‑no code solutions following Hyland best practices and design methodologies.
• Identify patterns in support tickets to diagnose root causes and propose effective solutions or improvements.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience with OnBase administration and development.
• Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) certification, within the past 4 years. Attach certification at submission if possible.
• Experience building OnBase solutions such as Work View applications, workflows, and document templates.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal existing documentation.
• Ability to work directly with business users to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
