Help Desk

Our client, is seeking a Help Desk professional to join their team. As a Help Desk, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting online case management applications and troubleshooting customer issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Help Desk

Location: Madison, WI

Pay rate: $26/hr On w2

What's the Job?

• Support online case management applications to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
• Utilize Jira Service Management software to track and resolve support tickets efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high service standards
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Document support activities and resolutions for future reference and process improvement

What's Needed?

• Experience supporting online case management applications in a professional environment
• Proficiency with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members
• Willingness to work onsite in Madison, WI, and adhere to all work rules and schedules
