A​/V Support Specialist

Description

TEKsystems is partnering with a local client in the search for a Microsoft Teams Support Specialist to join their team. This person will be troubleshooting issues with conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams.

• Intake tickets via Service Now relating to conference room hardware and software, mainly Microsoft Teams & Zoom.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for a variety of users including executives, employees, and guests.
• Perform daily monitoring of systems.
• Set up A / V and conference room equipment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting Teams or Zoom in a customer facing IT support position, such as an internship, student help desk, or full-time position.
