We are partnering with an organization seeking a Dev Ops Engineer to help drive cloud deployment automation, release engineering, and platform modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable CI/CD pipelines, improving deployment reliability, and supporting modern cloud-native application delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in AWS-based environments, infrastructure automation, release engineering, and backend database technologies while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering culture.

What You'll Be Doing Release Engineering & Pipeline Development
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Terraform, and Git Hub Actions
  • Support deployments for serverless and containerized applications
  • Automate release processes to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment speed
  • Manage infrastructure-as-code and cloud provisioning efforts
  • Implement automated validation, regression testing, and deployment quality checks
  • Support relational and No

  • Monitor deployment health, identify anomalies, and improve operational stability
  • Partner with internal and external teams to customize data feeds and mappings
Security & Automation
  • Apply automated solutions for WAF management, framework upgrades, dependency updates, security patching, and promote Dev Sec Ops  best practices throughout the development lifecycle
  • Improve automation around compliance, monitoring, and deployment governance
Project Delivery & Technical Contribution
  • Independently manage and deliver small-to-medium technical projects end-to-end
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support
  • Contribute technical expertise to larger enterprise initiatives and cross-functional programs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
  • Leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude and Git Hub Copilot to accelerate delivery and analysis workflows
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Release Engineering experience supporting cloud-based application deployments
  • Hands‑on experience designing and developing CI/CD pipelines in cloud environments
  • Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, and backend database technologies including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Strong understanding of deployment automation, infrastructure-as-code, and release management best practices
  • Experience supporting modern application architectures including serverless and containerized applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling
  • Exposure to Dev Sec Ops  practices and cloud security automation
  • Experience working in Agile or product-oriented engineering teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance hands‑on technical work with project ownership and delivery
