Partnerships Delivery Lead

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Partnerships Delivery Lead to manage the day-to-day delivery of our Fusion ecosystem, ensuring consistent execution, alignment, and performance across all active partnerships.

This role is responsible for the operational management of partnerships in practice — coordinating across Operations, Implementation, and vendor teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and run smoothly in business‑as‑usual environment. Working closely with the Global Head of Partnerships & Enablement (who retains responsibility for partner strategy, governance, and commercial management), this role focuses on execution, delivery, and performance across the lifecycle of partnerships.

• Own the day-to-day delivery of partner engagement across the Fusion ecosystem
• Ensure alignment across internal teams and vendors on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Implementation, and partners to support seamless delivery
• Manage interdependencies and ensure progress is maintained across all active work streams
• Manage day-to-day interactions with vendor partners, focusing on delivery performance
• Coordinate regular check‑ins to track progress, address issues, and maintain alignment
• Ensure vendors are meeting operational expectations and delivery standards
• Support onboarding and integration of new partners into the ecosystem from a delivery perspective
• Act as the primary coordination point for delivery‑related issues and escalations
• Work with the systems support team to triage issues across internal teams and vendors, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution
• Identify recurring issues and work with relevant teams to implement corrective actions

• Track and monitor partner delivery performance, including SLAs, issues, and trends
• Provide regular updates on partner performance, risks, and delivery status
• Maintain visibility across all active partnerships for internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve partner delivery processes and workflows
• Provide feedback into product, enablement, and partnership strategy
• Support optimisation of integrations, delivery models, and ways of working across the ecosystem

• Experience in delivery, operations, or partner/vendor management roles, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or services environments
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a structured way
• Experience managing third‑party vendors or partners in a delivery context
• Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and remove blockers
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multi‑partner ecosystem
