** Job Description*
* In this role, the Senior Integration Architect serves as the technical project manager, overseeing technology delivery, implementation processes, and client relationships for large-scale Oracle Health engagements. The Senior Integration Architect will:
+ Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, leveraging influence and collaboration to achieve targeted business and technology outcomes.
+ Develop strategies for solution design, system validation, and integration across Oracle Health solutions and diverse venues of care.
+ Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, change management, and governance strategies to support successful project delivery.
+ Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve integration risks, serving as the final point of escalation for integration-related issues.
+ Provide integration oversight across engagements to ensure project deliverables, milestones, and timelines are achieved while delivering committed client value.
+ Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
+ Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to influence solution direction, functionality, integration strategy, and overall system stability.
+ Lead technical decision-making and coordinate activities across multiple work streams to ensure alignment with client objectives and implementation best practices.
+ Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize integration approaches, implementation methodologies, and operational efficiencies.

+ Interface/FSI
+ Interoperability/CCDs
+ SQL/CCL
+ Hardware deployment and support
+ Tech Portal (Offline) and Automations
+ Olympus and Ops Jobs configuration and troubleshooting
+ Web Sphere Application Server
+ Data synchronization and data accuracy
+ OCI knowledge and certifications (preferred)
** Education and Experience*
* + At least 6 years of professional experience and completion of higher education.

** Responsibilities*
* ** About You*
* + You have an understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions in areas such as Power Chart Orders, Pharm Net, Rad Net, Path Net, Ambulatory, and/or INA.
+ You possess strong knowledge of Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle systems and workflows.
+ You have successfully worked as a consultant providing domain expertise and/or project management oversight.
+ You have healthcare industry experience and expertise.
+ You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to define processes, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ You understand the importance of safeguarding corporate and client assets.
+ You are willing to travel up to 75%, as needed.
+ You are comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.
+ You provide a combination of domain expertise, project management, and client relationship management skills.

Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
