As an Eclipse Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our IT department. You’ll be responsible for providing technical support to our internal teams and external customers. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving service tickets related to the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.

• Respond promptly to service tickets submitted by end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.
• Create documentation on resolving common issues.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Create reports as needed, especially to identify problems.
• Assist with implementing new processes and improvements within the ERP system.
• Review and update Eclipse related Standard Operating Procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on Eclipse functionality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in supporting and troubleshooting the Epicor Eclipse ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with other IT systems and applications is a plus.

You must pass a drug test background check before starting.
