Role Overview
The BT Asset Administrator I performs various asset administration duties related to the FTI's IT hardware, software, and service contracts. Administers Service Now for tracking IT asset life cycles, manages inventory, and maintains information on software licenses and service level agreements.
What You Will Do- Works with BT team members throughout the asset life cycle to ensure proper inventory, licensing, allocation, utilization, compliance, and retirement of assets.
- Manages hardware and software contracts from initiation to termination.
- Generates and distributes various reports, including compliance reports on current assets and CIs and their status.

Requirements- Bachelor or Associate degree in Business or Technology preferred.
- 3 years or more in a service or support role.
- Knowledge of Service Now a plus.
