Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise Data Governance strategy and framework development
- Design and implement scalable governance processes using Collibra DG & DQ
- Translate business requirements into governance workflows and platform solutions
- Drive governance maturity from early-stage adoption to enterprise-scale implementation
- Partner with business, data, and technology teams to establish governance standards and best practices
- Implement and manage data quality, metadata management, lineage, and stewardship processes
- Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to improve trusted data access and governance compliance
- Support governance integration across modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems
- Strong Data Governance leadership experience
- Hands‑on experience with Collibra Data Governance (DG) and Data Quality (DQ)
- Experience building and scaling governance frameworks
- Strong ability to translate:
- Business needs
- Governance processes
- Platform design
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Strong SQL experience
- Experience with reporting and access tools such as Power BI and OMNI
