Job Description

Provides technical expertise and project management support to ensure successful delivery of projects for the ITO. Manages Bravura’s integrated project team to define baseline project scope and quality requirements for project products and services. Aids the government in managing project cost, scope, and schedule and serves as a project interface between the CIO and Government customers. Coordinates with Government project leads, stakeholders and other contractors to deconflict schedules and ensure project success.

Is responsible for managing small to moderate-risk projects (composed of either a single project or a coordinated effort of multiple related projects with a common technical or customer objective).

Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience entails supporting complex, large-scale projects, to include those with financial investments greater than $10M.
  • Specialized experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) preferred
  • Specialized experience in MS Project required
  • Active PMI certification required
  • Must meet DoD 8140.03 Cyber Workforce qualification standards (see below)
  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
  • Must hold active Secret clearance
  • DoD 8140 cyber-related certification (RCCE Level 1; CCISO; CCSP; CISA; CISM; CISSP; CISSP-ISSEP; CISSP-ISSMP; DAWIA PM Advanced; FITSP-A or
    -M; GFACT; or GSLC)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs)
  • Critical KSAs:
    • Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols and network security
    • Knowledge of risk management processes (assessing and mitigating risk)
    • Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
    • Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities
    • Knowledge of specific operational impacts of cybersecurity lapses
    • Knowledge of cloud computing service models Software as Service (SaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS)
    • Knowledge of cloud computing deployment models in private, public, and hybrid environments and the difference between on-premises and off-premises environments
  • Core KSAs:
    • Knowledge of capabilities and requirements analysis
    • Knowledge of IT architectural concepts and frameworks
    • Knowledge of system life cycle management principles, including software security and usability
    • Knowledge of the organization’s enterprise IT goals and objectives
    • Skill in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
    • Knowledge of supply chain risk management standards, processes, and practices
    • Knowledge of IT supply chain security and risk management policies, requirements, and procedures
    • Knowledge of import/export regulations related to cryptography and other security technologies
