• Manage business relationships, understand business strategy and needs to create a trusted partnership.

• Assess and prioritize opportunities to bring forward value‑based analytic solutions.
• Design analytical and data solutions using descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive techniques.
• Develop analytics and data roadmaps to support business strategy.
• Plan, prioritize, and translate business needs into deliverable analytics initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
• Lead the analytics structure and priorities for specific business areas.
• Provide data‑driven insights impacting business areas and help achieve objectives.
• Oversee core metrics and KPIs, forecasts, and related performance for business areas.
• Solve complex business area problems, identify innovative solutions, and partner with data analysts and scientists.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, guide analysts, and prioritize work.
• Lead small cross‑department projects with moderate risk.
• Model, report and provide business intelligence using industry standard tools.
• Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate to persuade stakeholders.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and visualizations for leadership and cross‑department teams.
• Champion relevant data to users and monitor data usage, relevance, and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, information management, statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of data analytics experience.
• Expert business acumen and analysis skills to quantify impacts of process changes.
• Strong understanding of business concepts, metrics, processes, and systems for business areas.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a time‑sensitive production environment.
• Experience with data mining technologies such as Alteryx, R, Python, SQL, SAS.
• In‑depth knowledge of key data across multiple domains and data model ownership.
• Advanced skill in BI applications such as PowerBI, constructing dynamic reports and visualizations.
• Excellent communication skills in both technical and layperson contexts.

Base Salary Range: $102,400 - $153,600. Position may be eligible for an annual incentive plan. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, employee assistance program, life insurance, disability plans, parental leave, paid time off, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other flexible‑work benefits.
