Position: Senior Customer Insights Analyst / Marketing Research Analyst

Senior Customer Insights Analyst / Marketing Research Analyst

We’re looking for a data-driven Customer Insights Analyst to help shape marketing strategy and improve customer experience through actionable insights.

In this role, you will analyze customer and market data, design research initiatives, and deliver insights that directly influence business decisions, marketing performance, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret market and customer data
  • Provide insights on brand performance, market trends, and growth opportunities
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
Customer Experience (CX) & Research
  • Design and manage customer surveys and feedback programs
  • Build questionnaires and manage survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics)
  • Lead qualitative research initiatives, including customer panels
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track customer experience and marketing effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer metrics
  • Deliver insights through compelling data storytelling and visualizations
Program Development
  • Support customer outreach and engagement programs
  • Help define processes for customer follow-up and feedback loops
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience strategies
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2–5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or marketing analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
  • Experience in CX (Customer Experience) or Voice of Customer programs
  • Background in financial services or regulated industries
  • Experience with qualitative research methods
  • Stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
