We are seeking a Technical Program Coordinator in Madison, WI. This role will drive execution, communication, and alignment across global teams while supporting verification and validation (V&V) activities.

• Serve as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM and Client
• Drive clear communication and information flow across distributed teams
• Identify and resolve missing requirements, ownership gaps, and execution blockers
• Facilitate technical discussions and working sessions across time zones
• Track risks and action items
• Translate engineering requirements into executable tasks for offshore teams
• Plan, execute, and review test activities
• Ensure compliance with Medical OEM SOPs and quality standards

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, or Biomedical Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Must have Medical Device domain experience
• Strong experience with Verification & Validation (V&V)
