We are seeking a Technical Program Coordinator in Madison, WI. This role will drive execution, communication, and alignment across global teams while supporting verification and validation (V&V) activities.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary coordination point between Medical OEM and Client
- Drive clear communication and information flow across distributed teams
- Identify and resolve missing requirements, ownership gaps, and execution blockers
- Facilitate technical discussions and working sessions across time zones
- Track risks and action items
- Translate engineering requirements into executable tasks for offshore teams
- Plan, execute, and review test activities
- Ensure compliance with Medical OEM SOPs and quality standards
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, or Biomedical Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Must have Medical Device domain experience
- Strong experience with Verification & Validation (V&V)
