Help Desk to join their team. As a Help Desk III, you will be part of the support and training department supporting school districts and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Partner Success Associate (Help Desk & Trainer)

Location:
Madison, WI

Pay Range: $26/hr

• Serve as a customer service data reporting contact for schools and districts in Wisconsin.
• Create, oversee, and monitor requests, incidents, and problem resolution using user support "ticketing" software.
• Work with school districts to help them understand how to use WISEdata and WISEdash for data reviews.
• Present training sessions, both virtual and on-site, to support data application usage and reporting processes.
• Assist in identifying process improvements through business process analysis in collaboration with the WISE data product owner.

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data reporting, or support roles within education software systems.
• Ability to create and manage support requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Comfort with presenting training sessions and providing technical support.
• Openness to on-site or virtual training and travel around Wisconsin as needed.
• Understanding of application programming interface (API) technologies and data warehousing is a plus.
