Salary Range: $60,700/year to $106,300/year
Responsibilities- Troubleshooting difficult IT problems without SOPs.
- Planning and coordinating CM and CM templates.
- Collaborating with internal teams or vendors to execute projects.
- Leading continuous improvement efforts.
- Auditing the quality of work performed and providing constructive feedback when necessary.
- Automating manual tasks; creating/improving small tools that help make team operations more efficient.
- Serving as the first point of escalation.
- Participating in hiring, training, and development of others.
- Ensuring infrastructure, networking, and computing systems remain available during production hours.
- Managing local technical projects.
- Maintaining or creating policies, procedures, and processes.
- Identifying root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies.
- A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Game Development, or a related discipline and 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in software development or IT support.
- 1 year of IT experience with client, server, and network service delivery.
- 1 year of experience with IT systems or in a commercial production environment.
- 1 year of experience networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, or TCP/IP.
- 1 year of experience with Microsoft Administration, Linux Administration, or Cisco IOS (CLI).
- 1 year of experience troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
- 1 year of experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.
