Oracle CC&B Functional QA Analyst

• Ability to design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional requirements
• Experience in SIT and UAT testing, including defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development teams for resolution
• Proficiency in data validation using SQL and validating batch jobs, billing outputs, and CC&B transactions
• Good understanding of utilities domain with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and exposure to test management tools

Strong hands‑on experience in CC&B with good understanding of key areas like:

• Billing & Payments
• Metering & Usage
• Collections
• Rate configuration
• Service agreements
• Customer lifecycle processes

Understanding of utility business processes including:

• Meter-to-Cash lifecycle
• Billing and collections operations

• Design, develop, and execute test cases (both functional as well as nonfunctional) and test scenarios for CC&B
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate billing calculations, batch jobs, and transactions using SQL and ensure data accuracy across systems
