- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues, responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
- Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems and documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Utilizes knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the field and follows instructions and pre‑established guidelines.
- Help Desk experience with approximately 1–2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- General understanding of LANDesk for patch management, software deployment, inventory management and mobile device management (iPad, Android smartphone).
- Creative problem‑solving ability and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
