Maximo Functional Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Maximo Functional Analyst with expertise in utility domain operations, IBM Maximo implementation, functional design, testing, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting power and gas distribution utilities while working closely with business users, development teams, and project stakeholders to deliver Maximo solutions aligned with business requirements.
Must Have Technical/Functional
Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of overall experience in Maximo Functional roles.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting Maximo solutions within:
- Power Distribution Utilities
- Gas Distribution Utilities
- Experience with:
- Requirements Gathering
- Business Analysis
- Functional Design
- Functional Design Documents (FDD)
- Test Case Creation and Execution
- Stakeholder Management
- Domain Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Gas Distribution Business Processes
- Electricity Distribution Operations
- Good knowledge of Utility Construction Practices
- Leak Management Processes
- Preventive Maintenance Processes
- Technical & Application Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with Maximo Escalations
- Cron Tasks
- Object Structures
- Actions
- Integrations
- Ability to configure and support Maximo modules aligned with business requirements.
- Integrated Systems
Experience: - Experience working with CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
- MWM (Mobile/Work Management)
- Power Plant Systems
