Project Manager II

Job Title

Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI at their own expense prior to starting. This position can work 100% remotely (within the state of WI).

This is a position needed for the development and support of critical priority applications in the Division of Employment and Training. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include: project management and status reporting on software development projects. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in managing projects tasked with designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and Agile Scrum development methodology.

Hardware/Software Environment , C#, Object Oriented Design, MVC, MVVM, Visual , MS Team Foundation Server, Oracle PL-SQL, Google Cloud, Git Hub, Blazor Framework, Jira

Additional Comments

• Previous work experience in government, insurance, accounting, or case management is required.
• Previous work experience in online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development and batch processing required.
• Google Cloud experience preferred.
• Blazor Framework experience preferred.
• The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, solutions-oriented, and overall team player.

• Managing IT Projects – 4 years
• Change Management – 4 years
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies – 4 years

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with Jira – 2 years
• Scrum Master Experience – 2 years
• Experience working in either Oracle/SQL database technology – 2 years
• Working in a Government Agency – 2 years
