As a UI/UX Designer you are:

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Interface Design or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated UI/UX experience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective time management

• Design intuitive user experiences for various products; both internal as well as external customer-facing products as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to help define initial product requirements
• Create screenshots, user flows, storyboards, wireframes, or prototypes as needed to effectively communicate your interaction and design ideas
• Work directly with developers to ensure your design is properly implemented
• Educate and advocate for the adoption of a user-centered design and development process
• Participate in an ongoing effort to codify UI/UX standards across the company
