Help Desk Support; 3rd Shift

Position: Help Desk Support (3rd Shift)
We're seeking a Level 1 IT Help Desk Technician to support users in a large enterprise service desk environment. This role focuses on providing first-level technical support, troubleshooting user issues, and documenting incidents to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for password resets, account access, applications, and general IT issues.
• Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems or escalate issues as needed.
• Document, track, and monitor incidents through resolution.
• Assist users with accessing and using various applications and systems.
• Follow established procedures and support documentation to resolve issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to the appropriate teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow documented processes.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous help desk, technical support, call center, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Education or certifications in Information Technology or related fields (must-have)

Schedule

This position supports a 24/7/365 service desk operation and includes weekends and holidays.
Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Days: Saturday - Wednesday

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
