Scrum Master

This role centers on establishing Scrum practices and driving the Scrum Team’s effectiveness to deliver valuable increments for customers and the organization.

• Enable the Product Owner by establishing desired product and business outcomes, maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog, identifying value and measurement methods, and understanding capacity to forecast work completion.
• Enable the Developers by helping them grasp the Scrum Framework, understand the Increment and the Definition of Done, and embrace testing and small-batch thinking.
• Enable the organization by assisting with the adoption of agile ways of working, building an agile mindset, and implementing standard hard skills such as defined Ways of Working for Scrum teams (including Scrum events, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, etc.).
• Utilize advanced forecasting models for data‑driven delivery planning and interpret metrics such as throughput, defect rate, cycle time, cost savings, revenue generation, and CSAT to guide delivery expectations.
• Assume multiple roles as needed:
  Teacher, Coach, Change Agent, Facilitator, and Impediment Remover to support continuous improvement, accountability, and effective collaboration.
• Address conflicts and guide respectful ways of working; be willing to tackle difficult topics and address the elephant in the room to unblock the team.
• Support the company mission and values, uphold quality management system policies and procedures, and maintain regular attendance.
• Promote an inclusive mindset and model inclusive behaviors within the team and organization.

• Minimum Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation. Proficient with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops). Understanding of iterative/incremental development and Scrum theory, rules, and practices. Ability to represent both business and technology. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Scrum Master certifications (e.g., Professional Scrum Master - PSM-1). Knowledge of change management best practices.

• Salary Range: $76,000.00 – $. The base salary is for the position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. Bonus eligibility applies.
