IT Help Desk Specialist - Night Shift

If you have a solid foundation in customer service and a drive to learn, we'd love to have you join our team in Madison as an IT Help Desk Specialist (Level I)! This is an entry-level position and an opportunity to get hands-on, real-world experience with essential IT concepts, systems, and troubleshooting practices.

This is a 24x7x365 support center position and may be asked to shift work hours or work overtime to provide adequate coverage if necessary. The support center is open all Holidays and to ensure adequate coverage an occasional shift in work hours and overtime may be necessary.

The shift available is Saturday - Wednesday 12:00am - 8:30am, and all work will be done onsite in East Madison off of Femrite Drive.

• Provide support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
• Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
• Utilize knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular support field.

- Customer Service = 6 months experience preferred

- Basic IT Troubleshooting = 6 months experience preferred

- Call center experience = 6 months experience preferred

- Previous IT Support desk call center experience a big plus
