Title:
Senior Project Manager – Application Development & PMO (Child Support Systems)
Location - Madison , WI
Must be WI resident or willing to relocate within 30 days of start date at own expense. All work must be completed in Wisconsin.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support large-scale Application Development and PMO initiatives within a Child Support Systems environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise IT projects using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, while coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).This role requires strong project leadership, technical documentation skills, stakeholder communication, and experience supporting large enterprise applications in industries such as Health & Human Services, Banking, Insurance, or Government.
Mandatory
Qualifications:
- Experience with creation of detailed workplans using automated tools ( 10 Years)
- Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation, MS Product experience (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word) ( 10 years)
- Application Development and Support project management– all phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a large system (Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.) (8 years)
- Experience with system modernization projects, project management related to data conversion and data management ( 3 years)
- Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing. ( 5 years)
- Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis, and design deliverables ( 10 years)
- Experience with SharePoint including administering access. ( 2 years)
Top desired skills required for the position:
- Application Development and Support project management– all phases of the systems development life cycle – supporting a large system (Health and Human Services, Insurance, Banking, etc.)
- Experience with system modernization projects
- Experience working with a business customer to document requirements, analysis and design deliverables
Nice to have skills:
- Knowledge and experience with child support system certification.
- Experience executing and documenting the Test Deck for IV-D system Certification.
- Financial and Case Management Child Support Enforcement:
Systems development and maintenance experience. - Experience with an ALM tool (Azure Dev Ops, JIRA)
Optional

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
