Job Details:
- Pay: $29 - $32/hr to Start!!
- 6-month assignment, possibility extension based upon performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday, standard hours.
- Position Implements, supports, and maintains PC and end-user device computing technologies for local area network/wide area network (LAN/WAN), mobile, and remote connectivity.
- Network Support/Troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and routers).
- Microsoft Windows operating systems and software administration and troubleshooting support.
- Software Imaging and Profile Migrations.
- Hardware and peripheral support.
- Associate Degree (STEM) preferred / Technical Certifications an additional bonus.
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support.
- Network Support/Troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and routers).
- Microsoft Windows operating systems and software administration and troubleshooting support.
- Software Imaging and Profile Migrations.
- Hardware and peripheral support experience.
- Ticketing system experience preferred.
- Strong comms.
