Business Analyst​/Consultant III

Job Title

The Client Department of Corrections (WI-DOC), Bureau of Information Technology (BTM) provides leadership, project management and development resources to the Bureau of Correctional Enterprises (BCE) for the implementation of Net Suite for 13 independent manufacturing shops in institutions across the Client. A Suite Commerce website has been implemented for shops to offer the sale of products online.

Function as Business Analyst/Technical Writer. Perform timely creation and maintenance of Net Suite user guides/manuals for use by BCE staff and users.

Effectively balance client commitments according to prioritization, communicating anticipated deadlines to manage timeline and client expectations. Ability to independently manage time and tasks. Takes initiative and must always have positive/professional attitude.

Translate both technical and business processes and provide clients with documentation that is easily understood and followed.

Under the direction of the BTM ERP Solutions Manager and Project Manager, Business Analyst/Consultant III is responsible for performing task assignments that will provide BCE Net Suite users the ability to understand the functions they are to perform during their day to day business. The Business Analyst/Consultant III is also responsible for the maintenance and updates, as needed, to the user documentation.
