Sr QE Engineer

Must Haves:

Insurance experience is a must
Experience in working with globally distributed teams
Functional capacity as this will be QE transformation, JIRA & ADO

Nice to Have:

Automation (Selenium+Java) experience or should be ready to upscale/certification

Responsibilities:

Participate in daily stand-up meetings, update status and risks, and share daily status report and weekly status report

Review design and user documentation, project specifications, and requirements.

Assist in user story analysis, test design, and test documents.

Write functional test cases and test steps based on requirements, mockups, and/or available application functionality as needed.

Create automation scripts and peer review the test scripts.

Execute test cases to verify quality for requirements.

Execute sanity, smoke, functional, and regression testing.

Runs the automation scripts, analyzes the results, and logs the defects.

Perform error analysis and defect reporting.

Support team in developing automation scripts following best practices.
