Desktop Support IV - Mobile Device Support
Madison, WI (Onsite) - Local Wisconsin candidates only
Long-term Contract
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Office.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Apple/iOS devices (iPhone, iPad).
- 2+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (Workspace ONE/Air Watch or similar).
- 2+ years of customer-facing IT/Desktop Support experience with strong communication skills.
Preferred
Skills:
- Experience with Cherwell or Ivanti ticketing/asset management.
- Experience managing the mobile device lifecycle (deployment, configuration, inventory, redeployment, retirement).
