Experience with Guidewire Claim Center (3-5 yrs);
Experience as an Agile Business Analyst with requirements elicitation, user stories etc. (3-5 yrs);
Experience gathering and documenting requirements from senior-level stakeholders (3-5 yrs);
Experience with process analysis, procedure documentation, and process mapping (3-5 yrs);
Experience using Atlassian JIRA for user stories, acceptance criteria, and project updates (3-5 yrs)

Job Description Work locations:
Candidate should be located in the Madison WI, Chicago IL, Atlanta GA or New York NY area and be able to work onsite once a week Required
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field Required Experience / Skills 5–7 years of overall Business Analyst experience, including senior-level experience 3–5 years of experience with Guidewire Claim Center required Strong hands-on knowledge of Guidewire Claim Center and insurance business processes Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst with requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria Experience gathering and documenting requirements from senior-level stakeholders Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, IT, Customer, and vendor teams Experience with process analysis, procedure documentation, and process mapping Experience leading UAT, defect triage, resolution, and re-testing Experience using Atlassian JIRA for user stories, acceptance criteria, and project updates Strong communication, documentation, analytical, influencing, and leadership skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively resolve issues Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including Power Point
Job Duties Act as a liaison between Business and IT and help drive project delivery Partner with the Lead Business Analyst to conduct requirements elicitation sessions and support project deliverables for Guidewire Claim Center Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business partners and IT leadership Develop user stories and acceptance criteria and maintain updates in Atlassian JIRA Conduct daily touch-base meetings with onsite and offshore teams to review deliverables and blockers Manage process documentation for functional and technical solutions Analyze and map business processes and procedures and identify improvement opportunities Create UAT test plans and support business users with test case execution Triage defects with IT and vendors and coordinate re-testing through resolution Proactively identify issues, recommend solutions, and support successful project outcomes
