April Aire is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the friendly face of IT for employees across our Madison-area facilities and the Poynette site. You will help coworkers resolve everyday technology issues, set up computers and devices, and ensure they have tools to succeed in their roles.
You will travel between locations to provide hands-on support, document requests, and assist with password resets and MFA. A background in Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and customer service is essential.
