VAS is seeking a Dev Ops Team Lead in Wisconsin to own the delivery and reliability of our AWS cloud platform. This role blends hands-on engineering (60%) with technical leadership (40%), translating product needs into infrastructure requirements and guiding agile delivery.
You'll design and operate IaC across multi-account AWS environments, improve CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security, cost controls, and operational readiness while coaching engineers and shaping platform strategy.
