The Wisconsin National Guard sponsors a life insurance program for soldiers, airmen and their families.
Role DescriptionThis is a volunteer remote role for a National Guard Insurance Briefer. The role involves delivering informational briefings on insurance options and benefits to members of the National Guard. Monthly tasks include conducting presentations, interacting with personnel to address their questions, assisting members in understanding and selecting insurance plans, and coordinating with leadership to ensure the service members understand this fringe benefit.
Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in the Wisconsin National Guard
- Military retiree is benficial due to weekday and weekend work schedules
- Proven Team Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
- Strong communication and public speaking skills to deliver effective briefings
- Ability to connect with National Guard personnel and provide clear and concise information
- Prior experience in a military or insurance-related field is a plus
