Liability Claims Adjuster – General Liability, Bodily Injury & Property Damage (CA, FL & NY)

Dedicated client with capped caseloads. Commercial trucking and excess claims supported nationwide with a strong focus on California, Florida and New York.

• Analyze and process claims through well‑developed action plans to achieve timely resolution, investigating and gathering information to determine exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests and directions in a professional, timely manner.

• Apply knowledge and experience to adjudicate complex customer claims within service expectations and industry best practices.

• Education & Licensing: 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent;
  High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification in line of business preferred.
• License required; jurisdiction knowledge of CA, FL & NY.
