Assistant Account Manager - Personal Lines
This opportunity is for an organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, at least two years of experience within a client relations or related position, the proven ability to maintain business, and a loyalty to provide value-added services that protect individuals and build strong client relationships. Our collaborative team environment and innovative resources provide the opportunities for Assistant Account Managers to build lasting client relationships and develop professionally.
Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing company issued new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms, and coverage
- Assisting clients with loss claims and following up as needed based on workflow
- Making pre-renewal calls to clients, and providing client education as needed
- Obtaining information requested by the insurance carrier underwriter
- Preparing Auto , Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders
Qualifications:
- Associates degree desired and/or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in providing administrative/office support
- Strong business acumen with a thorough and detailed approach
- Possess an extreme attention to detail, independent judgement along with keen decision‑making skills
- Punctual and dependable
